Hi guys, and welcome to the first Art Squared prompt from myself and Jaimie! This week, we’d like to challenge you to create an art journal page using song lyrics as your inspiration.
This is such a versatile prompt – journal about what you’re currently listening to, a song that has special meaning, lyrics that speak to you, or even journal about the music that gets you up and dancing!
Each week, Jaimie and I will share our interpretation of the challenge, and hopefully inspire you to play along. Jaimie’s 100% digital creation has absolutely blown me away. The colour, the design and most of all the message, are just amazing! It’s pages like these that make me itch to try my hand at digital art journalling!

There is no deadline at all - just play along and have fun!
Hi, thanks for sharing this prompt. The one question I have is about copyright law. I've wondered about using music before but since I wasn't sure I didn't use them.
